Reviews and Ratings
I was truly captivated by the stunning bungalow rooms with amazing views and cozy verandas, perfect for relaxation. The beds were top-notch, the facilities were great, and the spacious bathroom added to the comfort. However, ensure to double-check for those delightful lake views before booking your stay.
The hotel I stayed at was a gem; the rooms were huge with perfect beds, good facilities, and a spacious bathroom, designed to mimic Tikal temples set in detached houses nestled in foliage. The location was spectacular by Lake Peten Itzá, surrounded by serene jungle and near the lake, offering a tranquil and relaxing environment. The service was outstanding with a warm welcome from Ana Lucia, Ousman, Barbara, Robert, Maricela, Manuel, Salvador, and the whole team, who even met us at the airport and helped with our luggage. The dining experience was delightful with fresh fruit, coffee, and breads, although a coffee maker in the room would have been perfect. Overall, a wonderful stay with minor room for improvement in some areas.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms, designed like Tikal temples with stunning lake views, were a real highlight. The service was top-notch, and the location right on the picturesque lake added to the charm. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited and overpriced, but overall, a fantastic stay.
